We're looking for a motivated and flexible Chef de Partie who enjoys variety, learns quickly, and feels comfortable supporting both small and large scale kitchen operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who wants to grow in a dynamic hotel kitchen and gain exposure to banqueting, events, and multiple outlets.
Responsibilities
⦁ Support your section and assist in preparing dishes to the highest standards.
⦁ Manage mise en place, maintain hygiene, and help during service to keep operations smooth.
⦁ Apply techniques accurately, balancing speed with quality and presentation.
⦁ Monitor stock levels and maintain organisation.
⦁ Uphold hygiene and allergen protocols diligently across shifts.
Essential Requirements
⦁ Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar high-volume kitchen role is highly preferred
⦁ Experience with banqueting operations, buffet presentations, and group dining is a plus
⦁ Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive under pressure
⦁ Eligible to work in the Netherlands.
⦁ Fluent in English.

⦁ Ability to commute independently to the hotel location
⦁ Food Safety or SVH certification
⦁ Fluent in Dutch
