Your role

As an Independent Working Chef, you are much more than just an executor — you are a creator of flavors. You are a full member of our kitchen team, contribute ideas for new dishes, and surprise our guests with high-level, seasonal creations. Every service is different, and you ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.

What will you do?

Cook at a high level: à la carte, banqueting, and specials
Work with fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients
Take responsibility for your own section (partie)
Contribute creatively to menu development and presentation
Maintain an organized mise en place and a clean workspace
Collaborate with a friendly and professional kitchen team
Ensure top standards in hygiene and quality (HACCP)

What are we looking for?

At least 1 year of experience as a chef in a restaurant or hotel
SVH diploma or a comparable qualification
You speak Dutch; English is a plus
A team player who performs well under pressure and has a passion for cooking
Flexible availability — breakfast, lunch, or dinner shifts
