You take ownership of your station, maintain consistency in preparation and presentation, and support the kitchen team in creating memorable dining experiences for every guest. What you bring:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie, in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Passion for cooking with strong attention to detail, quality, and presentation.
- Good command of English; Dutch is considered a plus.
- Able to adapt to the dynamic nature of an airport hotel environment, including supporting operations during unexpected high demand such as stranded passenger situations.
- Experience or interest in banqueting and Meetings & Events catering is a plus.
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
