Imagine: a café brasserie with a big green terrace that flows into the lively Oosterpark. Hotel guests as well as residents of Amsterdam have lively conversations, while the elegant interior and music subtly contribute to the atmosphere.

Together with your team you give genuine attention to the guest. You serve pure dishes for lunch and dinner which are inspired by the French and Italian cuisine, but everyone is also more than welcome for a drink, where the cocktails have the ambition to become real signature drinks.

Your role

As a Chef de Partie you are partly responsible for creating an unforgettable gastronomical moment for our guests, at every occasion. You take care of the mise-and-place for various dishes. Furthermore, you control the stock and of course the hygiene in the kitchen. You participate in the kitchen meetings and come with suggestions and ideas to create the best restaurant in Amsterdam.

-A passion for and knowledge of cooking, experience with modern cooking techniques

-Flexible availability for changing shifts, also on the weekends

-Experience in a similar position for a luxury hotel or restaurant
