Hotel Kint, located in the heart of Valkenburg, is housed in a historic monastery and has positioned itself as the city’s modern and trendy hotel. On the ground floor you will find Bistro Francis, a cozy and quality-driven bistro serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks. This is the beating heart of our hotel, centered around an impressive bar and a large open kitchen where we give traditional bistro dishes a modern twist.

Hotel Kint and Bistro Francis are part of the Eclect hotel group, which also includes Landgoed Altenbroek and Hotel Blanckthys. In the course of 2025, we will welcome a fourth hotel and restaurant to our group.

At Hotel Kint, the day starts with a smile – and a freshly prepared breakfast. We are looking for an enthusiastic and welcoming Chef de Partie Breakfast who will ensure our guests receive a warm welcome and a delicious start to the day.

Your responsibilities:

Independently preparing and presenting the breakfast buffet
Preparing small hot dishes (such as eggs, pancakes)
Ensuring hygiene (HACCP), cleanliness, and a well-stocked kitchen
Coordinating with reception for smooth morning operations
Timely opening and closing of the breakfast buffet

About you:

You have a passion for cooking and hospitality
You are a morning person with a warm personality
Experience in a hotel kitchen is a plus, but not a requirement
You work independently, structured, and with attention to detail – but also thrive in a team
You speak Dutch or English
