About the position: Chef de Partie (Zelfstandig Werkend Kok)
As an Chef de Partie, you are responsible for preparing, cooking, and beautifully presenting our dishes. You work with fresh, sustainable ingredients and contribute creative ideas for innovative and seasonal menus. In addition, you will:

• Order, receive, and store ingredients and supplies

• Maintain a clean and safe workspace in line with HACCP standards

• Work efficiently and help minimize food waste

• Collaborate and communicate smoothly with the kitchen team

• Accommodate dietary needs and deliver outstanding service to our guests
