👀 What will you do?

As Cluster Sales Manager, you are the face of three of our hotels. You work together with an energetic Sales team and make sure our rooms are full, our customers are happy, and our targets are met (or exceeded!). You work very closely with the Events & Reservations Team and, of course, with your direct colleagues from the Sales team, which consists of two other Sales Managers and a Sales Director to whom you report. Teamwork = key. 💼🤝💼

Your impact:

• Develop smart sales strategies for your three hotels

• Spot opportunities in the market and seize them like a pro

• Build strong relationships with new and existing (international) clients

• Organize and attend Sales events, FAM trips, networking drinks, and (inter)national trade fairs

• Analyze results & adjust where necessary

• Provide clear sales reports and smart forecasts so management knows exactly what’s going on and where the focus should be

• Manage the RFP process for your locations

• Work closely with the Sales team to achieve the set goals for IHCP
