Cluster Sales Manager

As Cluster Sales Manager, you will sell the Hampton by Hilton Utrecht Central Station (193 rooms) and the Crowne Plaza Utrecht Central Station (144 rooms).

You generate revenue and brand awareness for both hotels. You represent these hotels nationally and internationally in the market, at trade shows and networking events and build relationships with customers.

You are always looking for new sales opportunities and leads. Results are monitored and strategic sales goals are met.

Our target groups are the local and international business market. MICE, Leisure and entertainment are also part of our segments. You will report to the Cluster Director of Sales as well as work with the Revenue Manager and the Meeting & Events team.

Do you have:

A completed commercial education at college/HBO level?

At least three years of work experience in a sales position in the hospitality industry?

Creativity, communication skills and know how to engage customers?

The ability to think analytically?

The ability to transform short and long-term strategies into result-oriented actions?

The ability to create and post content on social media channels?

The flexibility to adapt to a changing market?

A relevant business network built up within Hospitality?

Self-confidence, energy, enthusiasm and are you a real self-starter?

Fluent language skills of the Dutch and English language?
