Moxy and Residence Inn The Hague are located in a prime location in the political and business centre of the Netherlands. Surrounded by ministries, embassies, international organisations, corporations and a strong leisure market.

We are not just any hotel. We are part of IHCP and offer two great hotels in The Hague:
Moxy – energetic, playful, urban, welcoming and lively.
Residence Inn – international, focused on long-stay and corporate guests, with a “feel like home” concept and the best view of the city.

👀 Your role:
Als Cluster Sales Manager, you will play an important role in our commercial growth. 💼🤝💼
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing the sales strategy for both hotels
Actively building new corporate relationships in The Hague and the Randstad
Managing and expanding existing (international) accounts
Playing an active role in the Marriott RFP process
Identifying opportunities within relocation, long stay, MICE and corporate segments (including international travel)
Working closely with Revenue, the hotel team, Events and Reservations
Analysing performance and translating data into concrete commercial actions
You will report to the Head of Commerce and work with other Sales Managers within a close-knit and driven team.
🧠Who are you:
2–5 years of experience in hospitality sales, or a strong affinity with sales
Experience with Marriott systems or PMS processes is an advantage, but not a requirement – we are happy to teach you all the ins and outs
Familiar with the corporate and MICE segments, preferably in the Hague market
Commercially strong, proactive and results-oriented
You easily build relationships and close deals with confidence
Analytical and pragmatic mindset
Fluent in Dutch and English
You are motivated by targets, but understand that sustainable relationships form the basis for long-term success.
