Cluster Technical Service Employee - Amsterdam - Amsterdam

For The Vincent Hotel Group we are immediately looking for a Cluster Technical Service Employee in the Amsterdam region.

Together with the Cluster Maintenance Manager, you are involved as a Technical Service Employee in everything that has to do with maintenance and technology inside and outside the hotels. This is a versatile and varied position in which you will be responsible for, among other things, quickly and efficiently solving problems and malfunctions, following up on ad-hoc complaints and preventive technical expert work within a number of Amsterdam hotels. Maintenance in the rooms and in the public areas of the hotels is also part of your work.

You are responsible for maintaining the unique appearance of the various hotels and the associated guest rooms. You will also immerse yourself in the many installations that the hotels have and you will know how to hold your own both in a team and independently. We are looking for solid experience, a 'hands on' mentality, someone with a good work ethic and who expects a high quality of work from themselves and from colleagues.

Your work and responsibilities include;

• Eliminating malfunctions and repairs to equipment, plumbing, lighting, hinges & locks.

• You also carry out (repair) painting work.

• Calling in third parties/technicians in case of failures in energy supply, central heating, elevators, etc. via manager and co-co-ordination. After this, you must check these third parties/technicians.

• Stock monitoring of materials (for example: lamps, furniture, small equipment).

• Performing general activities on behalf of managers, such as connecting audiovisual equipment and cleaning/tidying up public areas and the outdoor area.
