Key requirements

Experience in a similar kitchen.
Available to work on weekends and holidays.
Available to work mornings and evenings (not consecutively of course!).

What does your day look like? This is very varied! Shifts are normally 8 hours per day and possibly between 05:00 and 23:00. However, most shifts will fall somewhere in between, unless you are on the dinner shift. In that case, you will often be working until closing. During breakfast you will coordinate and refill the buffet, keep the buffet area tidy and clean and prepare egg dishes at the guest's request. When the breakfast service is over, you will work on the mise-en-place for the coming breakfast services, lunches and groups. During the evening shift, you will prepare dishes from our new menu for our guests.

Who are you? You have experience in the kitchen and know how to work neatly and according to HACCP rules. You also feel comfortable communicating in English. It is also important that you are flexibly available and can work both in the morning and in the evening.
