- Operate dishwashing equipment and wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area
- Ensure proper sanitation procedures are followed at all times
- Stock and organize clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an efficient workflow
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
