DUTY MANAGER

YOUR JOB

As Duty Manager, you will carry out your duties from the reception area, also performing Front Office tasks such as guest check-ins and check-outs. From this position, you will fulfill your other duties as Duty Manager. You will be responsible for coaching, guiding, and supervising the team at Hotel Pontsteiger, creating schedules, and ensuring a safe and inclusive work environment. Additionally, you will manage inventory and maintain contact with guests. You are solution-oriented and adept at quickly adapting to various situations.

In this role, you will work closely with the Hotel Manager to ensure that the service and quality standards of every department within Hotel Pontsteiger are excellent.
