Are you ready for a leadership role in which you make a difference? We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Duty Manager to join our dynamic team!
As a Duty Manager you are the point of contact in our company. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and providing excellent service to our guests. You coordinate and manage the team, ensuring a positive working environment.
What does the role involve?
Flexible availability You are fully flexible and able to work morning, evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts. Operational needs may require varying schedules and days off, and you adapt smoothly to ensure continuous leadership presence.
Operational oversight You maintain a complete overview of all hotel departments, ensuring smooth daily operations. You step in where needed, monitor service flow, and keep the hotel running efficiently.
Departmental support You work closely with Heads of Department and their teams, assisting with operational challenges, coordinating activities, and ensuring that service standards are consistently met across the hotel.
Administrative assistance You support the Hotel Manager with administrative duties such as reporting, following up on operational tasks, coordinating projects, and handling management-related responsibilities.
Leadership presence You are a visible and approachable leader throughout the hotel. You make operational decisions, resolve guest concerns, guide teams, and ensure an exceptional guest experience during every shift.
Proactive problem solving You identify operational issues early and implement practical solutions to maintain efficiency, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Experience in Hospitality.

Coordinates work and instructions with ease and provides support where necessary
Identifies and reports possible improvements in working methods and procedures, such as the Standard Operating Procedures
In addition to quality, also monitors the well-being of guests and staff. You ensure order and safety in the hotel
Shifts easily. You prevent and handle complaints in consultation with the Front Office Manager and the departments involved
Know exactly what is going on and which events and parties are taking place in the hotel.
You are accessible, someone who inspires colleagues and whom people dare to ask questions. With your management experience, you are not easily fooled and you put everyone at ease.
You can speak the English language;
