• Clear overview and awareness of priorities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations across departments during assigned shifts

• Ensure high standards of customer service and address guest or client concerns efficiently

• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and adherence to company policies

• Conduct opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, reports, and security checks

• Ensure health, safety, and security protocols are followed at all times

• Support staff training, motivation, and performance feedback

• Communicate effectively with management about operational issues, incidents, or maintenance needs

• Handle emergencies, complaints, and incidents with professionalism and authority

• Maintain accurate records of shift activities and handover notes for the next shift

• Requires flexibility and hands-on involvement in daily operations

• Can adapt to a shift-based schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
