With its iconic beer glasses on the roof, the Heineken Hoek was the face of Leidseplein for decades: a familiar place for both locals and international visitors. In our brand-new building, the Heineken Hoek returns in a fresh and modern way. On the ground floor you’ll find our lively Grand Café serving classic dishes and an extensive drink menu. Upstairs you’ll find our premium steakhouse. From early breakfast to late at night, everyone is welcome.

We are looking for an Evening Waiter/Waitress to join the Grand Café team. You’ll welcome guests, guide them to their tables, take orders, serve food and drinks and help create a warm and enjoyable evening experience.

You’ll work in a young and professional team in the heart of Amsterdam. Every day is different, and you play an active role in keeping service smooth, the teamwork strong and the atmosphere positive.

Job Requirements

Enthusiastic, service-minded and passionate about hospitality
Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus but not required
Professional and well-groomed appearance
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
Able to handle pressure and stay organized during busy moments
A strong team player who supports colleagues
Willing to learn and contribute to the team’s success
