Events Intern - The Hague

From exclusive meetings and stylish dinners to large conferences, corporate parties, and galas: we host events for 6 to as many as 1,000 people.

What will you be doing?

For our Events department, we are looking for an enthusiastic and eager Events Intern who is truly committed and wants to learn everything about organizing events within a luxury hotel environment:

Your duties will include, among others:

• Assisting with the organization and coordination of events

• Helping to draft event schedules and plans

• Maintaining contact with guests, suppliers, and internal departments

• Preparing event spaces and checking details

• Providing support during events and acting as a point of contact for guests

• Administrative tasks such as processing reservations and quotations

• Identifying opportunities to make the guest experience even better

• Actively contributing ideas for creative event concepts

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and presentable intern with a passion for hospitality and events.

• You are sociable, able to handle pressure, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves. You recognize yourself in the following profile:

• You are enrolled in an MBO or HBO program specializing in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Leisure & Events, or a related field.

• You have a proactive, eager-to-learn attitude and show initiative.

• You have strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.

• You have a guest-oriented mindset, an eye for detail, and a hands-on approach.

• You radiate enthusiasm and enjoy working in an ambitious team.

• You are flexible regarding working hours (including evenings and weekends when necessary).

• You are familiar with skills such as project management, hospitality, and working under pressure.
