As Events Operations Supervisor, you ensure the smooth and professional execution of all meetings and events. You lead by example and support the F&B Manager and C&E department in day-to-day operations, always working with a warm smile and a focus on wonderful guest experiences.

What will you do?

·         Oversee and coordinate daily Event & Banqueting operations.

·         Ensure every event is delivered to Marriott brand standards and exceeds guest expectations.

·         Support daily Food & Beverage operations when needed.

·         Lead, train, and motivate the team in delivering exceptional service.

·         Guide team members with clear expectations and constructive coaching.

·         Support performance management and ongoing staff development.

·         Responsible for planning in advance for upcoming events and creating the corresponding schedule.

·         Contribute to departmental achievement of goals.

·         Maintain a strong guest focus, identifying opportunities to enhance the experience.

·         Ensure safety, hygiene, and fire standards at all times according to Marriott and hotel procedures.

·         Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution.
