Hilton The Hague is looking for a part-time Executive Lounge Host(ess)!
Our Executive Lounge is exclusively available to our VIP guests. As a host(ess), you are responsible for professionally providing service to our guests, including reception duties and serving breakfast, snacks, and drinks throughout the day.
An Executive Lounge Host(ess) contributes to the first impression of our VIP guests. Your responsibilities include:
Welcoming Executive guests upon arrival and providing service in the Executive Lounge, handling complaints, and answering questions
Staying up to date daily on all hotel products, services, VIPs, pricing, special promotional offers, and special events
Ensuring good communication between various departments in the hotel, such as Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage
Giving personal attention to all guests
Recognizing regular guests and VIPs, making notes, and passing on special requests regarding these guests (CRM)
Checking guest satisfaction and providing information about the city, the hotel, external venues, attractions, and sights in the area
Checking guests in and out
Taking care of snacks, and related service in the Executive Lounge
Keeping the Executive Lounge clean and tidy
Washing dishes and tidying up the Executive Lounge kitchen
Managing orders and restocking the Executive Lounge
Having full knowledge of Hilton programs and systems, such as Hilton Honors
Who we’re looking for:
Someone with experience in hospitality, preferably in the high-end segment
Calm, efficient, and organized
Enthusiastic and service-oriented
You’re happy to go the extra mile and have a true can-do attitude
Well-groomed and professionally presented
Someone with a passion for hospitality and delivering unforgettable experiences
Good command of Dutch and English; a second foreign language is a plus
Flexible for 3 to 4 days per week. . You can work variable shifts (including weekends, mornings, and evenings)
In possession of a residence and work permit for the Netherlands if required
