Our team at IHCP is looking for an energetic and passionate Food & Beverage Manager who is excited about leading the F&B operations in a unique dual-branded property in the heart of The Hague!

Located in the iconic Muzentoren, Moxy the Hague and Residence Inn by Marriott the Hague together form the largest hotel in the city, with 311 rooms under one roof. As our F&B Manager, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences, leading a passionate team, and driving operational excellence throughout our food and beverage outlets.

As F&B Manager, you are the driving force behind our Food & Beverage operations. Whether it's a busy breakfast service, a lively evening in the Moxy Bar, or ensuring our Residence Inn guests feel at home during their extended stay, you are there to inspire your team and elevate the guest experience.

You lead by example, are visible on the floor, and know how to combine operational excellence with genuine hospitality. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy coaching and developing your team to reach their full potential.

Your Responsibilities

Leading and overseeing all Food & Beverage operations
Managing breakfast, bar, lounge, grab-and-go, and event operations
Coaching, motivating, and developing the F&B team
Ensuring excellent guest service and guest satisfaction
Managing staffing, scheduling, and labor costs
Monitoring revenue, budgets, and departmental performance
Maintaining Marriott brand and service standards
Monitoring food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance
Driving upselling and revenue opportunities
Collaborating closely with other departments to create seamless guest experiences
Managing supplier relationships and stock control
Handling guest feedback and resolving complaints professionally
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance development of associates

You…

Have previous experience as an F&B Supervisor, Assistant F&B Manager, or F&B Manager
Have strong leadership and coaching skills
Are passionate about food, beverages, and guest experiences
Speak fluent English; Dutch is a strong advantage
Have experience working with budgets, forecasting, and cost control
Are flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Have knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
Are hands-on, proactive, and results-driven
Enjoy working in a dynamic international environment
Have a genuine passion for hospitality
Are quick to anticipate situations and proactive in responding to challenges.
Are open to learning and contributing across different departments
