As F&B Manager at the Mercure Hotel Amersfoort Centre, you ensure the smooth daily operations of all our F&B outlets while fostering strong teamwork to deliver unique and personalized guest experiences. Whether it’s in Bar Timeless, Restaurant Clockwise, or one of our meeting spaces, you set the standard for excellence.

We’re seeking a natural leader who inspires and motivates the team to create unforgettable guest experiences. With your leadership, you ensure the highest standards of service, quality, and efficiency, driving both guest satisfaction and team performance with great passion.

Your day will consist of

• Managing the team to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests

• Plan, develop and implement departmental goals

• Create an exciting and motivating work environment with strong commitment within the team

• Develop your team members in preparation for a next step or development of their skills

• Arrange staff scheduling and payroll administration (e.g. approving working hours)

• Stock control and maintain contacts with suppliers

• Ensure all Food safety & HACCP requirements are met

• Responsible for achieving the highest customer satisfaction and Brand Standards

• Present and active participating in daily operations (restaurant, bar & banqueting)

• Record transactions in the Micros system

• Ensure there is a smooth communication with the Kitchen department and other departments
