 As an F&B Manager (f/m/d), you will support and take responsibility for our F&B team in its fields of activity. You will coordinate and monitor the work processes in the F&B area and thus ensure quality assurance in accordance with Minor Hotels' standards.

 You are responsible for the Food & Beverage department, and you are part of the Management Team of the hotel. As a Food and Beverage Manager you evaluate and encourage your team to get the most out of themselves and to keep developing themselves. You identify and communicate bottlenecks and help solve them. You also monitor the implementation of internal procedures and legislation, for example in the field of budget & planning and HACCP. Finally, you maintain a close relationship with the guests and, if necessary, you are the first point of contact for compliments and complaints.
