F&B Manager – meerdere hotels | regio Leiden

You walk into a hotel, look around for five minutes and immediately see where things are not running smoothly. Service that is just not sharp enough, teams working at different speeds, and areas where there is still room for improvement.

That is exactly where your work begins.

About the place

You will work within a hotel group in the Leiden region with multiple locations. These locations are not copies of each other. Each one has its own rhythm, its own team and its own stage of development.

One location may be running steadily, while another needs extra attention or guidance. This variety means you are constantly switching, improving and building.

The role

You will manage the F&B managers or responsible team members at each location and work directly with the Operations Manager. You are not tied to one fixed location, but work where you can make the biggest difference.

Sometimes you will temporarily step into a location fully to help get things back on track. Once the structure is in place, you hand it over and move on to the next location.

You do not manage from a distance. You are present on the floor when needed.

What will you do?

• Manage and coach F&B responsible team members across multiple hotels

• Temporarily take the lead at locations that need extra focus

• Support the team during peak moments

• Bring back structure and clarity within teams

• Discuss results and figures and make adjustments where needed

• Identify bottlenecks and solve them directly

• Help teams work more consistently and efficiently
