F&B Manager - Schiphol

Do you like to take the final responsibility and do you want to motivate and coach your own team within our stylish restaurant and cozy Skymaster bar? Then we are looking for you!

As F&B Manager you take the entire F&B team under your wing and you are operationally supported by an F&B supervisor. A nice responsibility, where you are a real point of contact for your team. You ensure a positive vibe in the team and you support the team to achieve all F&B goals. You welcome our guests extremely hospitably and ensure that your team does the same. In your role you are also a member of the Management team.

Your tasks and responsibilities are:

• Managing employees in the restaurant, kitchen, bar and breakfast;

• Creating schedules and work schedules and ensuring that employees are deployed correctly;

• Together with the HR manager, determining staffing levels, recruiting and appointing new employees, ensuring sufficient training, and conducting assessments;

• Coordinating/arranging the execution of the work;

• Checking the progress and quality of the work; Handling guest complaints;

• Monitoring efficiency/productivity; Monitoring the realization, identifying and correcting deviations;

• Developing improvement actions; implementing cost savings;

• Providing data and proposals for budgeting and investments;

• Coordinating and managing sufficient inventory management;

• Operational cooperation within the department.
