As F&B Supervisor, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the F&B team and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure that all processes run smoothly, with a focus on both guest satisfaction and team efficiency.

Your responsibilities:

Team Leadership: You will lead the F&B team, coach staff members, and ensure an efficient division of tasks.
Guest Experience: You will maintain high standards of service quality and ensure that each guest enjoys a memorable experience.
Reservations & Bookings: You will oversee the reservation system, handle special requests, and ensure everything runs smoothly—even during peak times.
Administration & Inventory Management: You will be responsible for administrative tasks, including monitoring inventory levels and placing orders. You ensure that reports are accurate and submitted on time, and that necessary stock is always available to support daily operations.
Training & Development: You will help train and develop team members so they can perform their roles with confidence.
Cleanliness & Organization: You ensure that the brasserie and library bar are always tidy and presentable for both guests and colleagues.
