As a experienced shiftleader, you are the core of our service. You will open or close The Lobby, inspire and lead your colleagues through the breakfast, lunch or dinner service. This hands-on role is essential for constantly improving service and quality. Realising a top experience for your guests is key. Of course, for this, a far above average passion for product and hospitality is a must.

At this vibrant location the Amsterdam residents meet our international guests all week for inspiring gatherings. Our team realises this eclectic mix of daily gastronomic highlights. The Lobby stands for good food, great drinks and a pure and genuine atmosphere. This is where the best city vibes come together at the bar, at the table, on your plate and in your glass.

Job Requirements and Personal Qualities
At least 2 years of work experience in the restaurant industry
You will not see this one coming: you have a passion for F&B
You are a team player who manages the restaurant team and supervises where necessary
You are looking for a flexible job
You are also willing to work weekends and evenings
Preferably, you live in or near Amsterdam
You speak at least Dutch and English
