What will you do?

Provide operational leadership to the Food & Beverage team and support the F&B Manager.
Together with your fellow F&B Supervisors, you ensure smooth daily operations in all our F&B outlets, including restaurants, bar, and banqueting. In your position specifically, you will be responsible for In Room Dining and our Executive Lounge.
Inspire, motivate, and coach colleagues to help them develop their talents.
Uphold Marriott standards and ensure every guest enjoys a Wonderful experience.
Contribute ideas to improve service, productivity, and guest experience.
Take care of the entire purchasing process for the F&B department; from stocktaking to ordering and from organizing storages to connecting with other departments and our suppliers.

What do you bring?

Experience in a supervisory role within Food & Beverage.
A guest-focused mindset with great attention to detail.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
An enthusiastic personality that makes it fun to work with you.
Creativity to invent and implement improvements and to solve issues.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Fluency in both Dutch and English.
