F&B EMPLOYEE

As an Evening Food & Beverage Employee you have the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Taking care of guests in the field of food and drinks from the moment of reception until departure, providing explanations and suggestions for the menu, entering orders in the cash register system, booking orders on the guest's account and presenting a correct invoice.
• Able to work in all outlets of the Food & Beverage department, including Bar, Restaurant, Room Service and Meeting Rooms.
• Maintaining a good working relationship with your colleagues and with other departments.
• Helping out in other departments where necessary.

You are:

• Passionate about the F&B department and Hospitable.

• Flexible with no 9 to 5 mentality.

• Enthusiastic, proactive and eager to learn.

• Good at communication skills in which English and Dutch are central.

• Experience in a service providing role and in a hotel chain is an advantage.

• Representative.

• Able to respond to signals from guests and come up with creative solutions.

• Able to work independently and be a real team player.
