TRIBE Amsterdam City is a design 4* star hotel with an 'affordable luxury concept'. This hip hotel is located in Gare du Nord in the center of Amsterdam North, with an interior that radiates luxury and lots of design.

TRIBE is a place where you don't feel like you are entering a traditional hotel. It is more of a place where you can be together with others, where you can easily create a workplace, where you can seek the peace and quiet of the hotel room and where you can relax in the social hub.

F&B LEADER:

In this pivotal role we envision a vibrant, energetic personality, who will make the entire F&B 'shine'! This is a restaurant for breakfast and dinner (approximately 220 seats), a bar and a social hub. We also offer Grab&Go for our guests.

We love visible leadership: you are present on the floor at all times to ensure that our guests are completely pampered and that they lack nothing! We expect, among other things, the following matters/activities:

• You naturally cooperate, in shifts, and perform duties

• Providing excellent service to our guests by continuously exceeding expectations

• You monitor the progress and implementation of the SOPs and checklists and the quality of the implementation

• Implementing and enforcing all relevant laws and regulations regarding F&B (ultimately responsible for food safety/HACCP, allergen legislation, etc.)

• Achieving the highest possible reviews for the F&B department

• You proactively participate in activities and training in the field of FHS (Fire, Health & Safety) and are part of the management team

The ideal candidate really has it in his/her heart passion for hospitality to provide great service to our guests

• You have demonstrable experience in a similar position (also possible in a smaller hotel)

• You have demonstrable experience in achieving (very) positive reviews in F&B

• You preferably have Emergency Response and Social Hygiene, we are also happy to take care of your training if you do not have these certificates!

• A very keen eye for detail

• You are enterprising and solution-oriented

• You speak fluent Dutch and English

• You no longer have to explain anything about HACCP/allergen legislation

• We find your infectious and vibrant personality very important; you know how to convey your knowledge and experience and your 'joie-de-vivre' to your colleagues in a charming way!
