First Line Cook – Italian hotel restaurant in Landgraaf (with accommodation)

Working in a characterful hotel environment where gastronomy and atmosphere come together.
For a beautiful hotel in Landgraaf (Limburg), we are looking for an independent working chef who gets energy from cooking at a high level and switching between different concepts.

You will work in a kitchen that serves two restaurants: a refined fine dining restaurant and a lively trattoria with authentic Italian dishes. This role requires overview, speed and real passion for the craft.

Accommodation may be available from the end of April, so candidates from outside the region are also welcome.

As an independent working chef, you make sure your section runs smoothly and consistently. You safeguard quality, help the team maintain structure during busy services and ensure guests in both restaurants enjoy a strong and consistent culinary experience.

What you will do
Independently run your own section during lunch and dinner

• Prepare mise en place and contribute to planning

• Work for both fine dining service and trattoria concept

• Maintain quality, presentation and hygiene standards

• Work at a good pace during busy services

• Collaborate with kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations

• You have experience as an independent working chef

• You enjoy working with fresh products and clear, honest flavours

• You can switch between refined cooking and higher volume service

• You keep overview during busy moments and work in a structured way

• You are a team player with a positive work mentality

What you get
Salary: €2,700 – €3,000 gross per month (depending on experience)
Hours: Fulltime
Contract: 1-year contract with the intention to extend
Accommodation: Possible from the end of April
