We are looking for a:
Floor Manager Grand Café (full-time)

As Floor Manager of the Grand Café, you are responsible for smooth daily operations on the floor. During your shift, you are the point of contact for both guests and your team. You lead the team with clarity, keep an overview, and ensure a welcoming, high-energy environment where everyone feels at home. You’re quality-focused and always looking for ways to improve.

You draw energy from training and coaching new team members, and you value creating a team culture where people feel safe, encouraged, and inspired to grow.

The Heineken Hoek comes alive during peak hours: from bustling breakfasts to packed terraces and busy late nights. That’s when you thrive.
