Are you an experienced and driven F&B supervisor who would like to play a leading role in a dynamic and international hotel? Then we are looking for you!

NH Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is a four-star hotel with 419 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a gym, a swimming pool and 15 meeting rooms. We welcome a varied mix of guests, from business travelers to vacationers, from crew members to conference participants. As an F&B supervisor, you are responsible for managing and motivating the F&B team, consisting of approximately 25 employees. You ensure optimal quality and service in our restaurant, our bar, our meeting rooms and our room service.

What are you going to do?

• You coordinate and control the work of the F&B team, and ensure good communication and cooperation between the different departments.
• You monitor guest satisfaction and the hotel's revenue targets, and make suggestions for improvement and innovation.
• You are involved in the planning, administration, purchasing and stock management of the F&B department.
• You provide training and coaching to the F&B team, and conduct performance and appraisal interviews.
• You participate in the F&B meeting and report to the (Assistant) F&B Manager.
