Contract: Apprenticeship (BBL)
Salary: €2.511,05 gross, based on 38 hours per week
Accommodation (optional): €400 rent per month, including meals (breakfast and one hot meal per day)

THE APPRENTICESHIP

As an apprentice, you'll work at the reception of Hotel Beaumont, a leading luxury boutique hotel in the highest segment. You'll combine hands-on work with your studies, growing step by step into a fully-fledged member of the front desk team.

You'll learn the trade in its full breadth: from welcoming guests and managing reservations to adapting quickly in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You'll start by observing, but gradually take on more responsibility and independence. You'll build a real bond with the team and the guests, and see up close how a hotel at the top of its segment operates.

You'll work alongside colleagues who know their craft and are happy to show you the ropes. Asking questions is encouraged, and you'll have the space to try things out for yourself. What you learn at school, you'll put straight into practice here, and vice versa.

Behind the historic façades on Wycker Brugstraat, a family business has been running for over a hundred years, one that ranks among the very best in the Netherlands. Here you'll learn hospitality at the highest level, an experience you'll carry with you for the rest of your career.

Upon successful completion, a contract awaits, possibly alongside your further studies.

THE PLACE

Beaumont is a luxury boutique hotel, located on the elegant Wycker Brugstraat in the centre of Maastricht. The hotel has been housed in several monumental city buildings since 1912, and with four successive generations, it is one of the oldest privately owned, independently run hotels in the Netherlands.
