A professional, 4 star superior hotel located near the Haarlemmermeerse Bos in Hoofddorp with 260 modern hotel rooms and 10 conference rooms. The hotel has aligned its facilities and service with their main focus group: international business travelers.

What does your working day look like?

• Welcoming guests from all over the world, checking them in & out and providing quality service.
• Maintaining the reservation system with utmost care.
• Making guests happy by giving out-of-the-box content to ‘Guest Service’.
• Performing duty tasks and making reports for Finance and the management.

Education and working experience

• 2 years of front desk experience. Relevant education is required.

Extra requirements

• You control the English language and you own a driving license.
• Knowledge of reservation systems (e.g. Opera) is a plus.
