Maritim Hotel Amsterdam is looking for a Front Office Agent. As the first person our guests meet upon arrival, your role extends beyond a mere welcome - you aim to make them feel at home from the very first second, greeting them with a genuine smile that sets the tone for their entire stay.

Who are you?

To you, a check-in isn't just a routine of providing a keycard. You know how to warmly welcome each and every guest, making them feel as if they would be the only one you’ve waited for today.

Explaining our facilities and breakfast timings is not just a checklist you work off – You possess an intuitive understanding of what information is suitable for each guest, effortlessly providing them with the necessary details even before they realize they require it.

Be ready for not only morning and evening shifts, also night shifts filled with diverse tasks, both expected and unexpected are part of it! While an ideally calm and quiet night would be optimal for our guests' good night's sleep, you understand that it can quickly become busy with late check-ins, early check-outs and new reservations flooding in simultaneously.

Maritim Hotel Amsterdam is located in the lively Overhoeks district in the centre of Amsterdam, the perfect location for exploring everything the city has to offer. A 33-storey building in Amsterdam's skyline, the iconic building on the IJ River will have a total of 52000 square metres, with 579 bedrooms spread across different categories but all with breathtaking views of the city, including a 340-square-metre presidential suite on the 31st floor.

The hotel's grand ballroom can accommodate 2,142 people, and a second ballroom has space for another 1,035. Other conference rooms of various sizes make the offer a total package. The facilities on the first three floors are large enough to accommodate a total of 4,400 delegates. Moreover, guests and locals alike can enjoy international and national cuisine in six different restaurants and bars, including a sky bar with stunning views of Amsterdam.
