At the Front Office, you are—together with your colleagues—the face of Mercure Amersfoort Hotel. You are the first point of contact within the hotel, from the moment you welcome our guests until the moment they depart. You provide them with service with a smile!
Through sincere attention and being authentic, we ensure that our guests feel truly welcome and are happy to return.
Together with your Front Office colleagues, you are responsible for creating a memorable stay for our guests. This includes everything from answering guest inquiries to checking guests in and out. You are flexible and do not mind working on weekdays, weekends, and occasionally during night shifts.

YOU…
You have experience in the hospitality industry or a strong passion for hospitality. Experience with the hotel system Opera is a plus. In addition, you are someone who continuously develops their competencies and professional knowledge, for example through studies or relevant courses.
Work experience in 4/5 hotels** is a plus.
In possession of a valid work permit for the Netherlands.
Fluent in English and Dutch.
Excellent communication skills.
Service- and guest-oriented.
People-oriented.
Hands-on mentality.
Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Flexible and enthusiastic.
Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
Able to multitask effectively.
