In the role of Front Office Employee, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and ensure a welcoming reception, an efficient check-in and check-out process and be ready to answer questions. You will be responsible for handling phone calls and maintaining administrative tasks. With your excellent multi-tasking skills, you are able to smoothly coordinate room requests and contribute to maintaining a safe hotel environment.

You will be assigned to two shifts, and will receive your schedule one month in advance. The shifts are assigned as follows: a morning shift from 07:00 to 15:00 and an afternoon/evening shift from 15:00 to 23:00. Night shifts are not part of the position.
