Hotel Mariënhage is located in a beautifully restored former monastery in the heart of Eindhoven. Known for its distinctive atmosphere, international guests and memorable guest experiences, our hotel offers much more than just a place to stay.

With the addition of 54 brand-new hotel rooms opening soon, we are continuing to grow—and so is our team.

That's why we're looking for new Front Office colleagues.

Your role as a Guest Happiness Server

As a Front Office Host, you are the first face our guests see and the last one they remember. You create a warm welcome from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave.

For you, hospitality is all about the little details: a genuine smile, a personal recommendation for the city, or going the extra mile to make someone's stay truly special.

Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests and handling check-ins and check-outs;

• Managing reservations and responding to guest requests;

• Recommending Eindhoven's best restaurants, attractions and activities;

• Keeping the lobby and public areas welcoming and presentable;

• Contributing to our hotel's online presence by spotting or creating fun moments for our social media and marketing activities.

At Hotel Mariënhage, teamwork comes first. That sometimes means helping out with practical tasks, such as preparing an extra bed or assisting with a special guest request. Together, we create exceptional experiences.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for colleagues who:

• Have a genuine passion for hospitality;

• Enjoy working with people and making them feel welcome;

• Can work independently as well as part of a team;

• Are flexible and willing to work different shifts;

• Speak both Dutch and English.

Experience in hospitality or at a hotel front desk is a definite advantage, but enthusiastic young hospitality talents are equally encouraged to apply.
