No two days are alike! You start your day calmly by going through the shift handover so you know exactly what’s happening and where action is needed. Then, together with your colleagues, you work to elevate the guest experience to the next level.

Your day with us:
This role goes beyond traditional front desk tasks. You are always prepared for unexpected situations because you never get a second chance to make a first impression!

Responsibilities:

• Checking in and out both domestic and international guests.

• Handling phone and email communication professionally, both internally and externally.

• Providing guests with information about the hotel and the surrounding area, going the extra mile to surprise them.

• Processing reservations for the hotel and breakfast restaurant, including group bookings.

• Handling complaints professionally and creatively, seeing them as valuable feedback.

Who you are:

• Hospitable, friendly, and respectful – you greet guests every day with a smile, saying “good morning,” “good afternoon,” or “good evening” with genuine warmth.

• Flexible and willing to work irregular hours.

• Professional in your attitude towards guests and colleagues.

• Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

• Enthusiastic about challenges and motivated to always bring out the best in yourself.
