And now, Conscious Hotels Westerpark is looking for a Front Office Host.
During your shift, you are the shining face of the hotel. You take care of everything: checking in guests, helping with the self check-in system, giving the best Amsterdam tips, and effortlessly selling a bike rental or sustainable goodies. You love chatting with guests, making a perfect coffee (or tea), and making sure everyone leaves with a smile. Here, the front desk isn’t the only place you shine – you also froth milk like a pro.

Job requirements and personal qualities:
You are looking for a nice job for 4-5 days per week;
Front office host and barista in one – now that’s multitasking with a smile;
Hospitality is in your DNA – you can sense exactly what a guest needs;
Ideally, you have experience in (international) hotels or the hospitality industry – to provide the best service for our guests;
Flexible availability – Including weekends and holidays;
You speak fluent English. If you also speak Dutch, that’s a nice bonus;
Preferably, you live in or near Amsterdam;
You are a team player but also work well independently;
Experience with complaint handling and knowledge of HACCP is a plus.
