As a Front Office Host, you are the one inviting our guests in, providing them with your widest smile and warmest "welcome." The Front Office is more than just checking a guest in and out; it’s up to you to treat the guest with the real voco™ lifestyle experience. You'll guide them through the hotel and all there is to enjoy in Ultramarijn and Botanica. As a true host, you know that The Hague has many hidden secrets, whether it's a landmark of historical value or a tiny boutique shop. You are ready to share your tips with our guests so they can enjoy the Royal City of The Hague to the fullest.
Come on into an iconic former bank building where offices and ATMs have made way for a brand-new hotel. First impression? 204 elegantly furnished rooms, 7 floors and a warm welcome from your future team. Inside voco The Hague you will find restaurant Botanica and cocktailbar Ultramarijn.

Deliver outstanding guest service – Communicate with guests before, during, and after their stay to make sure they feel truly welcome.
Keep our standards high – Make sure the hotel always looks and feels its best, following voco™ brand standards and IHG guidelines.
Stay organized – Use our Front Desk checklist to ensure no detail is missed.
Prioritize safety and security – Follow all procedures to keep our guests and team safe.
Support VIPs and special guests – Share key arrival and departure details, and make sure special requests are passed to the right departments.
Be a team player – Work closely with other departments every day to create a seamless guest experience.
Be flexible – Work a mix of shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends.
Jump in when needed – Take on unexpected tasks as they come up. We’re all in it together!
Did you bring everything?
Passion for hospitality.
Knowledge of PMS system Opera is an advantage.
Experience in operations within a hospitality environment.
Time and task-management, creativity and presentation skills.
Pro-active attitude and eye for detail with a natural drive for continuous improvement.
A naturally outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for service excellence in order to consistently deliver and demonstrate voco™ service standards to our voco® guests.
A true “team-player” mentality and flexible attitude towards a diverse set of tasks.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and in English. Another language is always a plus.
