Your day to day:

• Deliver outstanding guest service – Communicate with guests before, during, and after their stay to make sure they feel truly welcome.

• Keep our standards high – Make sure the hotel always looks and feels its best, following voco™ brand standards and IHG guidelines.

• Stay organized – Use our Front Desk checklist to ensure no detail is missed.

• Prioritize safety and security – Follow all procedures to keep our guests and team safe.

• Support VIPs and special guests – Share key arrival and departure details, and make sure special requests are passed to the right departments.

• Be a team player – Work closely with other departments every day to create a seamless guest experience.

• Be flexible – Work a mix of shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends.
