THE ROLE
As Front Office Manager, you are the face of our hotels, Boutique Hotel Beaumont and The Dutch, and the driving force behind a warm, professional and service-minded front office operation. You ensure that every guest feels welcome from the very first moment of contact and lead the Front Office team on a daily basis.
You create an environment where team members can grow, take ownership and contribute to an exceptional guest experience. At the same time, you continuously work on improving processes, service quality and collaboration across departments.
For ambitious candidates, this role offers a clear development path towards Rooms Division Manager, with increasing responsibility across the wider hotel operation over time.
You report directly to the General Manager and are a member of the Management Team.

Beaumont is a luxury boutique hotel located on the elegant Wycker Brugstraat in the heart of Maastricht. Since 1912, the hotel has been housed in a collection of historic buildings and, through four successive generations, has become one of the oldest independent family-owned hotels in the Netherlands.
Its stylish guest rooms and public spaces combine contemporary design with classic elements, creating a timeless and understated elegance. The renowned Harry’s restaurant and the classic Founders Bar are located on the ground floor. The hotel also offers a number of intimate spaces for private dining, meetings and events.

WHO ARE YOU?

In addition, you have:
Experience in Front Office or hotel operations
Previous leadership experience, or a clear talent and ambition for leading a team
Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
A genuine passion for hospitality, quality and service
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Affinity with systems, processes and operational improvement
The ambition to grow into a broader management role
