Front Office Stagiair(e) - Amsterdam

Do you love making guests feel welcome and giving them that real “home away from home” experience? As an intern at Hotel Not Hotel, you’re treated like a real team member from day one. You’ll be closely involved with the Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B departments — no boring desk job here! You’ll welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs using our systems, answer calls, process emails and payments, and support the F&B team. On top of that, you’ll solve problems on the spot and, as a friendly host, share the best insider tips about Amsterdam. One thing’s for sure: every day is different at Hotel Not Hotel — expect the unexpected!

Your responsibilities

• Making sure our guests have an unforgettable stay

• Handling check-ins and check-outs

• Managing reservations

• Answering emails and phone calls

• Processing payments

• Supporting the F&B team

• Coordinating housekeeping tasks

• Ensuring the hotel always looks its best

• Giving guests tips & tricks about the city
