A 5-star luxury boutique hotel where we offer sincere and personal service and create memorable experiences for our guests. A historical environment with 41 unique hotel rooms, 4 private rooms for meetings & events and three restaurants: Bar Brasserie OCCO, Two Michelin star awarded Restaurant Vinkeles, and the smallest fine-dining restaurant in The Netherlands, até.
The Dylan Amsterdam is looking a Front Office Trainee. During this internship you will learn everything about the daily operation within Front Office and eventually you will be able to run your shift independently. Your daily tasks consist of welcoming guests, checking in/checking out of guests, answer questions of guests and administrative reception activities. Moreover, you will be the point of contact in terms of telephone within the hotel.
Who are you?
- You study at a hospitality related school and are looking for a challenging internship
- You have communicative skills in both Dutch as well as English.
- You can both work in a team as well as independently.
- You are capable of working under pressure.
- You work accurate and precise.
