Your day to day:

As a Fulltime F&B Allround Waiter Banqueting, you’ll play an important role in creating memorable experiences for our guests during meetings, conferences, private events, and banquets. From setting up elegant event spaces to delivering seamless food and beverage service, you'll ensure every event runs smoothly while providing warm, professional hospitality.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and setting up meeting rooms, banquet spaces, and event areas according to event requirements and hotel standards

• Welcoming guests and providing professional food and beverage service during meetings, conferences, receptions, lunches, dinners, and special events

• Serving food and beverages efficiently while maintaining excellent service throughout each event

• Ensuring meeting rooms and banquet areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked during events

• Assisting with the setup, replenishment, and breakdown of coffee breaks, buffets, and banquet stations

• Coordinating closely with the Kitchen and Meeting & Events teams, and other departments to ensure events run smoothly

• Responding promptly and professionally to guest requests and resolving any service-related issues

• Handling event equipment, furniture, and service materials with care

• Following hygiene and safety procedures (HACCP, Fire Life Safety, Green Engage)

• Supporting other F&B outlets when operationally required

• Always striving to exceed guest expectations and create memorable event experiences
