In May 2021 Hotel The Noblemen opened its doors. Located in a monumental canal house on the Leidsegracht, this fully renovated luxury boutique hotel boasts 13 unique guest rooms and a spa facility.
 
Explorers, inventors, philosophers, doctors and artists - each one of the 13 distinctive rooms represent a great Nobleman of The Dutch 17th Century. With its luxury interior and prime location, Hotel The Noblemen is the ultimate luxury boutique hotel of today, with a soul fueled by the history of yesterday.

We are looking for a Full -time Hotel Ambassador, who is able to perform in many different functions. It is a very flexible position in a small boutique design hotel with a young but powerfull team. 

JOB DESCRIPTION  
We are looking for someone to assist us in all aspects of the hotel operations – check in,  check out, breakfast, guest relation, concierge and more. You will be the main point of  contact with the guest; helping to create the ultimate luxury experience. You will work in a  young and dynamic team and be part of a newly opened hotel – meaning you will have the  chance to help shape the evolution of the guest experience through your input.

Your job tasks  will include: 
• Front Office 
o Conducting check in and check out with MEWS PMS system 
o Recommending restaurant/activities for guests – help to plan their days
o Guest relations – in-room set ups and personalized gifts 
o Address customer requests, questions and complaints 

• F&B 
o Preparing breakfast for room service breakfast experience.  
o Responding to and conducting in-room drink/snack orders 

• Spa 
o Make reservations for our Spa Facility 
o Prepare Spa for guest 

• Housekeeping 
o Supervisor role of checking the rooms after cleaning, and final adjustments
o In really busy periods, help out with Housekeeping duties 

QUALIFICATIONS  
• Strong experience within HORECA  
• Fluent in English, other languages are a plus 
• Attention to detail 
• Guest oriented  
• Team worker

GENERAL DETAILS  
• 40 hour workweek
• Approximately 5 shifts a week, weekends and/or weekdays 
• Shifts from 07:30-15:30 or 15:00 - 23:00
• € 2000 bruto per month 
• Food during shift provided
