The Den, 's-Hertogenbosch, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel by Marriott, opened in March 2022 and is located in the vibrant Paleiskwartier, just a short walk from the city centre and central station. The hotel blends urban energy with natural surroundings and offers unique guest experiences—including the only rooftop restaurant and bar in the city. With a cosmopolitan vibe and top-tier hospitality, The Den is the place where guests start their day right.

THE POSITION

As a Groups & Events Organizer for The Den, you will oversee the conceptualization, planning, and execution of a wide range of events, from corporate functions and weddings to festivals and trade shows. This role demands creativity, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while delivering an outstanding guest experience. Please note the office location is in 's-Hertogenbosch.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Background in hospitality;

  • Solid understanding of different project management techniques;

  • The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably Dutch;

  • Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices.
