Hotel Satori is the first Tapestry Collection by Hilton hotel in the Netherlands, expecting to open its doors in the summer, in the heart of Amsterdam, on the Vondelstraat.

As a Guest Ambassador, you are the first and last point of contact for our guests and play a key role in delivering an unforgettable stay.

What does your day look like?

You start your shift with a team briefing about the day’s events. From there, you take your position at the front desk, where you:

• Welcome and check in guests with warmth and professionalism

• Answer questions and proactively respond to guest needs

• Manage reservations and special requests

• Work with various hotel systems

• Support individual guests as well as larger (business) groups

• Collaborate closely with housekeeping and external partners in case of room issues

• Contribute ideas to continuously improve the guest experience

No two days are the same. In between tasks, you deepen your knowledge of Amsterdam, allowing you to advise guests on the best restaurants, activities and local experiences.
