Guest Experience Agent - Amsterdam

We're looking for a Guest Experience Agent to join our Front of House team. We're looking for someone who ensures every guest interaction is warm, seamless, and truly personal. You'll play a key role in preparing for VIP arrivals, handling guest feedback, and anticipating needs before they arise.

Your Role in Our Story:

• Shape and enhance the guest experience by ensuring smooth communication across all Front of House operations.

• Prepare for and welcome VIP guests, ensuring every detail is handled with care and precision.

• Manage guest feedback, inquiries, and complaints with empathy and professionalism.

• Anticipate guest expectations, considering occupancy levels, special requirements, and upcoming events.

• Support, train, and coach trainees and colleagues from other departments assisting the Front of House.

• Collaborate with all departments to ensure a consistent and high-quality guest experience.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within hospitality.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural talent for guest interaction.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to anticipate guest needs and create memorable experiences.

• Flexible team player with a proactive and positive attitude.

• Familiarity with VIP handling and hospitality systems is a plus.

• Proficient in English (Dutch is an advantage).
